As a principal partner for HDT Jen will take on an active role in the project management and oversight of all developments within the organization. She brings to the organization a substantial amount of previous experience working with contractors, consultants, non-profits, and municipalities throughout Connecticut. She works extremely well with negotiations between contractors and architects to produce the best quality development and maintaining an established budget. She is also very skilled in making sure that affordable developments are designed and constructed thoughtfully for the target population and neighborhood. She has been extremely successful in completing unique developments from feasibility to completion.
